Lots of Cupcakes

more cupcakes!

not that i am complaining. especially when it comes to chocolate and peanut butter. not that i could eat these anyway, but i do have a little extra frosting and mousse to make another small batch. now if only i had some motivation....or time. time would definitely help.

these were for a communion. there were chocolate or vanilla cupcakes. some of each of those were frosted and filled with peanut butter or vanilla.

lots and lots of cupcakes. speaking of, i have to work on those lemon cupcakes. i have another idea that involves my go-to cupcake recipe (which i used for these cupcakes as well). maybe i will experiment this weekend. after the chocolate peanut butter ones. i got a couple weeks yet before the next big project, at least unless anything else comes up.

i think i have a little project in between there, but no worries on that. i am more concerned for 120 cupcakes and a small cake for the wedding.

....and trying to find work, of course. i can't even get 40 hours between two jobs. blah. i guess the cakes/cupcakes make up for it a little bit, but things would be so much easier if i could have one reliable job, or at least get more than 40 hours. i'm poor. no fun allowed when you're poor.

at least the weather is nice. walks are free at least. free walks to walk off all of these bad things i eat, lol.

oohh, but i am still trying to be good about eating. i bought coconut oil today to use for cooking and my personal baking. i also got some whole wheat flour and....vegetables?! i know, sounds like blasphemy on my end. i am excited to make things though. like these veggie burritoes (with chicken). i would post the pin, but it keeps redirecting me for some reason. sounds like it's time to clean my computer already.

mostly i keep finding breakfast things i want to make. i am always carrying something around for breakfast. mostly poptarts. i have some granola bars and muffins i may make soon too. breakfast is a happy time. usually.

aahh, well i guess i didn't have that much to share or talk about, other than those cupcakes. i will find some more things to share later. thanks for reading!
